Privacy, Discretion, and Compliance
Elevate Reserve™ operates within HIPAA and applicable state and federal regulations, with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect member information.
Access to member data is strictly limited on a need-to-know basis. Role-based controls and minimal-access workflows are used to reduce unnecessary visibility.
Secure, encrypted messaging and telemedicine platforms support virtual care, with clear guidance on what should be handled digitally versus in person.
When emergency symptoms are identified, members are directed to 911 or the nearest emergency department, with Elevate Reserve™ supporting follow-up and coordination as appropriate.
